A F F I D A V I T

I, M. MOHIUDDIN, S/O-Late Sultan Ahmed of Village-Poragolpur, P.S. Mirsarai, District-Chittagong. age-40 years, Muslim by religion, Bangladeshi by Nationality, by profession Business, do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as follows :-

1.   That property mentioned in the schedule below have been given in mortgage to SOCIAL ISLAMI BANK LIMITED., a Banking company incorporated under the company act 1994 and having its Head Office at 15, Dilkhusa  Commercial Area, Dhaka and Branch Office at SOCIAL ISLAMI BANK LIMITED, Agrabad Branch, P.S. Doublemooring, District-Chittagong, as a security for repayment of Bai-muajjal Commercial Investment of Tk. 4,00,000/= (Taka Four Lac) only sanctioned  vide Bai-muajjal Commercial Investment sanctioned vide Head Office sanction letter of SOCIAL ISLAMI BANK LIMITED. SIBL/HO/SME/2009/298 DT. 04.06.2009 in favour of M/S MOKADAS METAL INDUSTRIES Proprietor Mr. Md. Nazmul Huda Nayam S/o-Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed of Puratan Biswa Road, Baryerhat Municipality P.S. Mirsarai, District-Chittagong  of the mortgagee bank.

2.   That, I have good valid right, title and interest in the properties mentioned in the schedule below and I undertake not to sale, transfer of mortgage the said mortgaged property to any 3rd party or institution else in any manner whatsoever till the aforesaid loan is fully repaid, without the permission in writing of mortgagee previously obtained and if do anything contrary to this undertaking that will be absolutely void.
